🚨Long Post Alert🚨I remember praying for what I have now . 🥺 I thank God for delivering me from everything I’ve been through, it is more than worth it . I remember being a cashier/host just a couple years ago & dreaming of being a General Manager . My social media is a little outdated so allow me to reintroduce myself . Hey , I’m Zee . I’m 25 & I specialize in training employees & managers that will set their team up for success . I enjoy coaching my team to untouched potential . I also specialize in food , paper & dish inventory . I have had teams as small as 4 & as big as 65 (including managers ) . I have had store that make 3k-75k+ a week . I enjoy being the manager to my crew that I never had until I became a Gm. My long term goal is to be turning the key to my very own store one day with Zia’s Kitchen 💜💜 . God has put it on my heart to rebrand in 2025 soo it’s time to free my social media of some strangers . 🥰🥰🤟🏾 I stopped my catering business a couple of years ago to gain credentials & more experience actually handling the business side of things & I have done just that . Some of the things I have accomplished while I was gone :
- assisted on a catering for Steve Harvey
-achieved 100 on every health inspection
-achieved the highest amount in gross sales in franchise history (15 years ) for a 6 month period
-improved customer satification numbers
-improved Steritech scores
-mastered hiring & training on how to hire & fire 😂
- mastered truck orders (anywhere from 2k-12k )
- Learned how to be an empathetic leader & much more 🙌🏾
God turned my weaknesses into my strengths & I just can’t thank him enough . This year has been hard but I am thankful for the journey . I can’t wait to see what I accomplish with this new company 🥰🥰🤟🏾
RIP to all the soldiers I lost this year . Ik imma make y’all proud 🫶🏾💜💜💜
