Nicola (Nick) Bedalli started developing his culinary skills at age 15 in a local Italian family restaurant. After graduating from high school he realized that his true passion was the culinary arts and he promptly enrolled in culinary school in south Italy. After completing culinary school he returned again to his roots in the local Italian family restaurant. In 2000 Nicola arrived in the United

States bringing with him his vast array of traditional dishes from Tuscany. With Nicola’s ability to bring together simple ingredients to create delicious dishes in a welcoming atmosphere you are sure to have an enjoyable experience. Join us and taste Nicola’s vision that greets the senses with the aroma, taste and feel of a small town in Tuscany.
