One Roll Up. Two unique experiences

Roll Up Breakfast & Lunch | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
During the day, we serve the classic Roll Up breakfast and lunch menu—the familiar flavors and dishes our customers already know and love.

Roll Up Ramen | 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
In the evening, we transform Roll Up into Roll Up Ramen, focusing exclusively on our Japanese-Mexican fusion ramen.

During dinner hours, we do not serve the breakfast or lunch menu. Our focus is completely on ramen—bringing together Japanese ramen techniques and flavors with bold Mexican-inspired ingredients like birria, quesabirria, carnitas, and other Mexican flavors.

A Little Update from Roll Up Ramen

After the last couple of days, we’ve noticed that our current preparation time is around 15–30 minutes per order. During busy hours or when we have a lot of orders at once, the wait time may be a little longer than 30 minutes.

Since we’re still in the early stages of our ramen journey, we’re working hard to improve our timing while making sure every bowl is prepared fresh and with care.

To make things easier for you, we recommend ordering online ahead of time whenever possible. This way, you won’t have to wait too long when you arrive, especially during busy hours.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve. Thank you for supporting Roll Up Ramen!
