Our menu celebrates the flavors and cultures of the Four Corners—where Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico meet. Four by Brother Luck is a celebrity chef driven kitchen and cocktail bar inspired by the Southwest. Our cuisine focuses on the Four cultures that shaped this region of our country; Spanish, Mexican, Native American, and Western Pioneer. Our fall menu is coming next week at Four, and we wanted to give you a look at one of the creations we’ve been patiently waiting on.
For the past 18 months, we’ve been aging Averna Amaro in a 291 Colorado Wh***ey barrel. Before that, the same barrel held a citrus-forward gin for 400 days. Over time, those layers of flavor have continued to build, giving us an incredible depth and complexity that we’re excited to bring to the fall cocktail menu.
As we emptied the Averna to make room for this menu cycle, we filled the barrel once again — this time with Yellow Chartreuse — which will have its own story to tell sometime next year.
There’s something special about the patience and creativity that goes into building a cocktail menu, and we love seeing Kyle’s passion for the process. Even better, we get to work with a local Colorado distillery like 291 Colorado Wh***ey ®️ to give classic liqueurs a distinctly Colorado finish.
Fall is almost here. We’ll see you at Four.
