Customers often ask me when I’m bringing their favorite bread back to the market. I thought a monthly bread schedule would help. Country sourdough and rosemary mozzarella sourdough are my top sellers and I bring every week. I make another bread that changes weekly. Next week (by special request) is bacon-cheddar pretzel bread.
