A New Year is coming...
This will be an event for the ages. 🤝🤗🥳🥰

The winds of change are always blowing, and we here at Juvenile Characteristics are feeling the breeze!!

There have been many changes over the years for our band, but one of the biggest changes occurred in late 2018. That's when we first met BAM BAM!! Geoffrey Marenchin came to see us play at the Greenville Moose where we were playing a rain out show that was supposed to be in the new amphitheater in the park in Greenville. During that show, Hummell broke his kick pedal for his snare drum...and Geoffrey was there to save the day. He lent us a pedal and after the show mentioned that he would love to see what jamming with us would be like!! The rest, as they say, is history!!

For the past 8 years, Geoff has been the rhythm section for JC, and this coming January, we will say our final thank yous to BAM BAM for all that he has brought to this band, for the memories, and for all that he has taught us along the way.

We have 5 shows left in 2026...come see Geoff and wish him well in retirement at any of these upcoming shows!!

And we will celebrate Geoff one final time on January 2, 2027 at The Clark House with a party like no other!! Geoffrey started his playing career at the Clark House when he was a teenager, and he will bring his career to a close in the same place, nearly 55 years later!!

We hope you will come out and show Geoff the love he deserves between now and January!!
