We almost didn’t post this. We were advised showing too much of the back kitchen isn’t wise as a restaurant but we decided to post a behind the scene. You trust us to serve food that’s fresh and to do that, you should know what goes into your food. Some construction workers tell us our breakfast are loaded with protein and potassium to hold them over til dinner.

We started on Park Ave by the gas station for many years. Today, we are happy to share we haven’t won any recent awards, but it feels like it with so many coming in to grab our grilled shrimp tacos which have become more popular year after year. I think it’s about time we hand out rewards instead to the person who has eaten the most grilled tacos at both our locations on Park Ave and Esplanade.
