We love what Nobby's, , Tea Bar & Fusion Kitchen, and others are doing to support the families of the victims of the Chico Library shooting, and we want to keep that support going. 💛

This Thursday, July 2nd from 11-8:30pm Celestino’s New York Pizza in Downtown Chico will be donating 100% of our profits to support the families of Cody Hull and Robert Johnson.

The Thursday Night Market will be happening, so come down, grab a slice, and help us support our community. And if you can't make it down here, you can donate directly to the families below. Thanks. -Enzo

Wow… we are truly overwhelmed by the incredible support from our community today.

Because of your generosity and the turnout for our fundraiser, we have officially sold out and unfortunately have to end today’s fundraiser earlier than expected. We sincerely apologize to everyone we weren’t able to accommodate, and we’re sorry if you were hoping to stop by later today.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who came in, donated, shared our posts, or kept our family in your thoughts and prayers. Your kindness and support during this incredibly difficult time means more than we can ever express.

First, we want to thank everyone for the incredible support, prayers, and generosity you’ve shown during this heartbreaking time. Your kindness means more than we can express.
As a reminder, 100% of Nobby’s profits from Saturday, June 27th, will be donated to support the families of Cody Hull and Robert Johnson. In addition, The Cheesesteak Shop will be donating 100% of its profits on Sunday, June 28th to the same cause.
For those who have asked how they can help if they can’t make it to Nobby’s, we now have both an online donation link and a GoFundMe available. Every donation, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated.
Due to the overwhelming support we expect to receive on Saturday, we will be operating with a limited menu (see in comments) and will not be accepting phone orders. If you would like to place a pickup order, please order through our website. This will help our staff serve everyone as efficiently as possible.
In addition, Tea Bar will be donating 100% of their profits on Monday, June 29th and Tuesday, June 30th, and The Arc will be doing the same on Wednesday, July 1st. All proceeds will go to the same foundation supporting the families.
Thank you again for your thoughts, prayers, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time. We are truly grateful for this amazing community.

Two funds have been established in response to the June 22 shooting at the Chico Branch of the Butte County Library after consulting with families of the two victims.

Our family is asking the community to come together in support of two families facing an unimaginable tragedy.

Yesterday my sister’s best friend and co-parent to her daughter, Jacob “Cody” Hull lost his life while protecting my niece. Another individual also tragically lost their life in the same incident. This tragedy has deeply affected my family, and the grief and heartbreak we are experiencing are beyond words. We want to do what we can to help both families during this incredibly difficult time.

To support them, 100% of Nobby's profits on Saturday, June 27th, and 100% of the profits from The Cheese Steak Shop - Chico on Sunday, June 28th, will be donated and split between my sister’s family and the family of the other victim. These funds will help with funeral expenses, immediate needs, and provide support during the difficult days ahead.

We humbly ask that you keep these families in your thoughts and prayers. Please pray for comfort, strength, healing, and peace for everyone affected by this tragedy, especially the children and loved ones whose lives have been forever changed.

If you are able, please stop by either restaurant this weekend, share this post, and help us support these families during their time of need. Every meal purchased will help make a difference, and every prayer is appreciated.
