Smoke, fire, pasta, repeat. 🔥 A look back at Hot Grill Summer, where backyard BBQ got the full Sotto treatment.

BBQ pulled pork arancini, charred corn risotto, smoked brisket sacchetti, cherry wood smoked pork chop, and smoked peach budino. Six courses, plenty of smoke, and a very good reason to do it all again.
