Last week we spent a fabulous night with Iron Chef judge for Pressed & Paired, a special evening celebrating olive oil as both ingredient and inspiration.

Guests enjoyed a multi-course Italian dinner where every dish highlighted the way olive oil can transform flavor, texture, and balance. From housemade focaccia and seasonal pastas to fresh seafood and an olive oil–forward dessert, each course was thoughtfully paired with wines that brought everything together.

An unforgettable night of incredible food, great company, and a deeper appreciation for one of Italy’s most essential ingredients.

Grazie to everyone who joined us. More nights like this to come.
