All good things deserve a second go. Join us as we celebrate Jonny Coffman’s 5-year cancer-free milestone for a second time. We’re bringing tropical heat to a Chicago classic with a special collaboration sandwich with Jax Sauce. The McRiboff Jonny Style. Smoked ribs piled high with Jax Sauce Mango Cinnamon BBQ Sauce, made with Jonny specifically for this event, and a vibrant house-made Pikliz, creating a sweet, smoky, spicy Caribbean-inspired flavor bomb. A portion of proceeds from every sandwich sold will benefit, Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. Come celebrate resilience, community, and one seriously unforgettable sandwich.
