Chef is traveling around Croatia with in October 2027, and you’re invited to join him.

Spend eight days sailing the Adriatic Coast from Dubrovnik to Split, with preparing welcome dinners, cooking demos, live-fire seafood lunches on secluded islands, and his spin on coastal Croatian food.

This luxury yacht holds 30 people, two hot tubs, e-foils, a sauna, and an onboard masseuse. You’ll stop to swim in turquoise coves, enjoy local olive oil tastings, eat traditional Peka at Maha Ranch in Korčula, and explore Diocletian’s Palace.

A week of eating fantastic food, drinking local wine, and hanging out on the water. Spots are super limited.

On Monday, August 31, we’re welcoming .evan.snyder of & to Galit for one very special night with Chef .

They’re coming together to collaborate on a four-course dinner featuring favorites from Galit and Emmett, plus a first taste of what’s to come from
Jean, Evan’s forthcoming restaurant.

Your ticket includes a welcome cocktail (with a spirit-free option available), with the Galit Wine Journey available as an optional pairing.
