Full bar selection including Belgian, craft-brewed, domestic, and imported beers covering a range of stylistic, geographic, and flavor profiles plus house-infused liquors, specialty cocktails, and boutique wines as well as a full menu. A special note: Paramount Room celebrated it's 10th Anniversary this summer, and wishes to thank all of it's supporters including staff, regulars, guests, friends, family, and industry. Thanks so much to all of those who helped us celebrate at our 10th anniversary BBQ yesterday. We'd like to invite everyone to dine and raise a glass with us throughout this, our final week of regular service (Tuesday 8/29 through Saturday 9/2).
