Some specials tonight. Pouring this magnum of Jacquère by Mathieu & Camille Apffel out of Savoie, BTG. High acid, fresh alpine herbs and dense, ripe citrus. It tastes even better with these Delaware oysters we’re topping with smoked trout roe, ramp mignonette and dill.
