Am I crying right now? Yes...yes, I am. Time flies by too quickly. This video was 10 years ago!
This week we celebrated our 10th year for Rooted Locally! We are so proud of the milestone and I've been trying to create posts for it all week by gathering pictures to highlight, but honestly every time I come across a gem like this video I get so emotional.
This week we've also been packing Justin Jr.'s things so he can move back to Syracuse for his 2nd year at SUNY ESF and Amelia begins her 1st year at college at Buffalo State University on 8/31. Our babies seen here are now adults.
The biggest blessing from owning a family business is the time you get to spend with that family. There have been 522 Saturdays since we began our Farmers Markets in 2016 and I truly cherish these Market memories. Justin Sr. and I get to build something together with our kids and other family (like my Mom, Aunt Deb and Jordan) and our wonderful farm/market crew of Sierra and Matt. We have an awesome team!
What makes this 10 year hustle even easier - the amazing people like all of you who shop with us, share our posts and cheer us on. Thank you for everything!
~Lisa
P.S. This Saturday stop by the Elmwood Village Farmers Market if you can and wish Justin Jr. luck before he leaves (ok I'm crying again).
