I'll be posting more information up here on a regular basis, as well as some action shots of my delicious recipes!

Sharing a special cake order that was delivered yesterday! Gluten and nut free chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache icing and german chocolate icing accents... Coolest of all, was the lion horn inspired by Susan's horn from the Narnia series, that I made from modeling chocolate!

Last weekend, I decided to play around with some recipes and came up with these!
Vegan, gluten free, nut free, & soy free triple chocolate gooey cookies with a chocolate ganache glaze. *Cue the drool* These were fantastic!
