😊Still smiling after an unforgettable weekend in Aspen. ❤️

We were incredibly honored to be part of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and to take over the beautiful Clark's Oyster Bar for one special evening. It was a truly memorable experience, and we’re so grateful to have been included alongside so many people we admire.

A huge thank you to the entire Food & Wine Classic team for putting together such a thoughtful and flawlessly executed weekend. We left feeling inspired, incredibly fortunate, and already can’t wait to come back. 🙏💘

Back for our second year on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list and we’re feeling incredibly grateful. 🙏

To be recognized alongside so many restaurants and people we admire is such an honor, especially coming from our small coastal city of Charleston. Seeing our little corner represented among so many major food cities means the world to us.

What started as a tiny seafood restaurant with a whole lot of heart has only grown because of our amazing team and the guests who continue to support us night after night. We are endlessly proud and deeply thankful. 🩵

Chubby Fish was named by the as one of The 23 Best Dishes We Ate Across the U.S. in 2025 🤍 Our blowfish tail tempura with soy beurre blanc made the list, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 🙏🥹

What a way to wrap up the year. It’s been a huge one for us, and none of this happens without our incredible team.
