For us, it’s about more than a fun oyster topping, it’s about getting more people excited about oysters. From dressed oysters to shooters to east and west coast species, there’s a little something for every oyster lover, and maybe even a few future oyster lovers!
As Lucas puts it: “We want to promote the enjoyment of raw oysters.”
And that’s something we can definitely get behind. 🦪
