Chardon Tavern The place to go for cold drinks, great food, and friendly atmosphere. The name changed to Chardon Tavern & Grill but many locals still call it The Bev.

In 2008, Rich & Amie Willner along with partners Marty & Char Flynn purchased local landmark Chardon Beverage (AKA The Bev) from long time proprietors Tony& Loretta Pasquale. Dave & Lori Youdath partnered with Rich & Amie in 2016 to continue to make Chardon Tavern the place to go for cold drinks, great food, and friendly atmosphere. With 12 beers on tap, fresh burgers from Heritage Meats in Middlefield, and 21 wing sauce options including 10 of our own signature sauces, you’re sure to find a favorite!

Almost one year ago, a fire closed Chardon Tavern's doors. This week, we got to help open them a little wider ❤️

We brewed a b**r inspired by their story, and a portion of every pour went toward giving back to a restaurant that means so much to this town. This week, we surprised them with a check for $3,006 — and honestly, we're still processing how special that moment was ❤️

This community shows up for each other, and we're just grateful Eleventhree got to be part of that. Thank you to everyone who came in for a pour of The Bev!!🍺
