Eleventhree will be pouring at The Fresh Hop Festival this Sunday at 8th Day Brewing Co., alongside some of our favorite Ohio breweries, all brewing with Ohio hops picked and tossed into the kettle within hours of harvest. Bright, grassy, resinous… and only once a year!

The Hunter's Bird: our take on chicken cacciatore. B**r-braised chicken, teardrop peppers, red onion, ricotta, and basil on our San Marzano red sauce

Hot Honey Lavender Wings: our October wing flavor. House-smoked wings with Eleventhree hot honey infused with lavender

Fairer Days: our October pizza, house San Marzano red sauce, with Ezzo sausage, capicola, sweet peppers, and creamy stracciatella

Orchard Crunch Salad: crisp romaine, b**r-braised chicken, brie, walnuts, teardrop peppers, red onion, and brioche croutons tossed in our apple butter vinaigrette

Harvest Moon Pizza: apple butter, pancetta, brie, and squash purée. Pro tip: add an egg 🍳 (or 3, like we did 😉)

Yesterday's Wild Cherry Collective Autumn Pop-Up Market officially goes down in the books as the BUSIEST day in Eleventhree history — and honestly? It was perfect.

To every vendor who set up shop, shared your talent, and brought so much heart to Cherry Ave — thank you. You made our little corner of Chardon feel like the coziest fall festival around. 🎃

And to every single guest who chose to spend their Saturday with us — whether you shopped, sipped, grabbed a pizza, or just soaked up the sunshine on the patio — we see you, we're grateful for you, and we couldn't do this without you. 🍻🍕

🍅 Fireside Tomato Soup: our tomato soup topped with croutons, fresh basil and EVOO.

Hats off to slade blair for this amazing new fall menu 🤤

🥗 Fourth Sister Salad: crisp romaine, parmesan, roasted squash seed seasoning, sunflower seeds, red onion and pickled green beans, tossed in our sweet corn dressing.

🍎 Apple Butter Cannolis: filled to order with our apple butter mascarpone and finished with a dusting of sugar.
