Thank you for your patience with the new hours. I know y'all been asking for it and It's been on our mind to do this a while back (since the new years) but it was difficult to implement, mainly hiring more people and deciding how to do it well. Hopefully y'all will enjoy the new hours!!

last but not least! our final summer seasonal item - Pinkspresso in collaboration with I fell in love with their drink and wanted to put our own spin to it fof the summer. refreshing citrus espresso drink :)

yet another one! sometimes, i just want to drink a coffee ice cream. that's what this one is - undertow. sweet vanilla cream/milk base, then pull a ristretto over it very slowly of our Ethiopian coffee. enjoy!!

Another one! We've been super excited about this one. Everyone here at Kin loves mango and my trip to Thailand has inspired me to bring the dessert as a drink. Nothing complicated, just good ingredients put together with intention.

2026 Summer Seasonal Matcha - Blooming Berry Matcha latte and tonic. We wanted to use blackberry for a while and happy how this one turned out with a hint of lavender.

propagated some pothos for the shop. we are prepping kin2.0 with longer hours, more food options, and getting a step closer to the local coffee shop we had envisioned. we still got a lot of work to do! Stay tuned for a big update coming in the next couple weeks! thanks! -phil

we went strawberry picking to get the best strawberries! brough them to the shop to make our strawberry syrup for our seasonal drinks!! come on by and getchu some!

Had a chance to visit one of the farms we work with in Northern Thailand, in Chiang Rai, Mae Suai district. Isra and his team owns 3 farms, 2 in Chiang Rai and one in Chiang Mai. He has a main variety that seems to be S795 and another that could be yellow bourbon. i can't be sure. Had a blast riding on the back of a pick up truck. Great conversation around quality control, tree disease, lot designation, harvesting schedule to ensure the best quality. The natural coffee from the farm was excellent. I'll have more of that in the upcoming post.

Hi kinfolks! In addition to the flower popup, we wanted to do something fun and creative. A Strawberry Not-Latte. It may not look like it, but this actually has milk and coffee in it. We use a technique called milk washing to bascially curdle the milk using lime juice then straining it. The end result is a drink that combines strawberry, coffee flavor that tastes like a creamy peach drink. Come and check it out! Limited supply available.

a small photo dump of my recent trip to Panamà. Amazing time connecting with the farms in Boquete and Volcan. The amount of coffee producing knowledge is crazy here. The bar is set high, and plenty of resources for farmers to learn. Thank you for hosting!!
