☔️ tonight's feature: house smoked harissa chicken & fantastically fresh smoked salmon dip.

our house smoked chicken is herbaceous, drenched in a bright chimichurri sauce and served over roasted potatoes.

the salmon dip is a perfect starter; mixed with lemon zest and topped with crispy capers, it sits on a bed of airy avocado to round out the natural salts.
