Did you know that WE have a FARM Forevermore Farm right HERE in Hickman County TN and it produces vegetables all summer long that we serve at The LOCAL Place The Local Drive-Thru and even MADE at The LOCAL studio? OUR FARM is OPEN to the public two days a year during the Ag & Arts Tour…JUNE 19th & 20th. Yep that’s right, an assortment of FRESH herbs, veggies and the delicious butternut squash we use to make our famous soup every fall. It’s happening — and we are so excited to finally share it.

You’ve been asking, and we’ve been listening. We’re bringing a piece of my Italian upbringing to The LOCAL Place right here in Centerville.

This NEW Hickman County Italian dining experience is rooted in the food I was raised on: working-class Italian dishes I learned from my mother, made with care, warmth, and meant to be shared around a table.

It’s refined, but not stuffy. Come as you are, bring someone you love, and let us take care of dinner.

Beginning in just a few short weeks, this experience will be offered the first Friday and Saturday of each month, with two seatings each evening: 6:00 and 7:30.

Before MADE at The LOCAL and The Local Drive-Thru was even a goal for us. Before The LOCAL Place had a wall full of pins, it had one.

My daughter Grace was the very first person to place a pin on our map — ❤️the beginning of a little tradition that has grown into something so special. Since then, guests from near and far have added their own pins, their own stories, and their own little piece of the world to our wall.

And now it feels like it has come full circle.

Here we are in Switzerland, with the very person who placed that first pin… and she has the T-shirt to prove it❣️

It’s a sweet reminder that The LOCAL Place has always been about more than coffee, food, or a building. It’s about people, places, memories, and the stories that bring us all back together.

Y’all, I don’t have enough good things to say about Centerville Print Lab. These guys are rock stars. We gave them our vision and they exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking to have signs made or you have a special banner or other project, you don’t need to go far for creative solutions, and excellent service.

We’re hiring at The Local Place Café!

We’re looking to add one new team member to our café team on the Centerville Square. If you enjoy staying busy, working with great people, and being part of a welcoming environment, this could be a great fit for you.

At The Local Place, our team is trained across both the cafe (.tn) and our drive-thru location (), giving you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business—from food and drink preparation to guest service and day-to-day operations.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for raises and advancement for those who show initiative, reliability, and leadership.

Applicants must be 18 or older and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Open availability five days a week 20 to 30 hours Monday through Saturday.
