This last BBQ season was a bust mostly due to my real job tying me up for the summer. However going forward, we are thinking of changing our style and going to a preorder business and wanted to get our followers and customers opinions on their interest. Whole pork butts $45. Ribs $20 a slab, whole chickens $12. Prices aren’t set in stone yet. Maybe we would offer sides in 1/2 gallon sizes or something, depends on interest. We would do pickup during a two hour window from a pre-designated spot every other week. It would all be prepay at the time of order. Please leave your comments and give us your thoughts.
