Oh heeyyy….. remember those employees we thought we weren’t gonna need. Well now they are family, and these are just some snippets of the last 5 years. It’s only a small fraction of photos from my phone, and I think Paige and Addilyn have somehow avoided photos.

It’s an honor we were chosen to be a part of their lives. Watching them grow, get married, have babies, go to college, get through high school, become adults, fall in love, travel, and so much more.

We couldn’t do this without them!

Opening Week!!

Most business owners just hope to hit the 3 year mark. We bet on our savings, put our houses on the line, take huge risks, and hope that at least one person shows up. I remember being so nervous on the day we opened, wondering if anyone even cared, if they’d even heard about us. I had no idea that we’d make it to 5 years, much less have a trailer as our second venture. Heck, we didn’t even think we’d need employees!

We’re turning FIVE on Saturday and this is a huge testament to our community, to you guys! Not just us though. Look around. Stephanie McCaleb Interiors is about to turn 6, Hashtag_holly’s just turned 7, Carthage Family Chiropractic has been here 12 years, and Wildflower Nutrition just turned 4. Not to mention The Candy Bar, Teresa’s Gifts, Kiddos, M1, Nobels and Rojas. I’m sure I’m forgetting someone, but these businesses are thriving because you show up.

They are thriving because the people behind them never give up…even on the super hard days.

Ladies and Gentlemen…she’s TWENTY-NOINE!

Where do I even begin? For those who don’t know, Jess is my husband’s cousin-not my sister, even though it actually feels like it! When we first opened, she kept offering to come work, and I shrugged it off thinking it was just family being nice. I finally broke down, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Jess is now the assistant manager, because she was doing it all anyway. She is the reason we have the coffee trailer…without her, I would not have made it through that season. She’s the reason we all laugh so much and she has all of our backs all the time.

She is so talented at everything she does, has the biggest heart, is the hardest worker, and is the reason we all say “love you” before we leave each other.

She holds Rokabilly together on the tough days and on HER tough days we just let her “crash out”.

Here’s to the last year of your twenties, Jess! We love you so much.

ONE WEEK UNTIL OUR BIRTHDAY!!!!

Come see us for coffee and breakfast…then shopping at Hashtag_holly’s featuring my adorable nieces making friendship bracelets. Hop on over to Stephanie McCaleb Interiors for a The Overflowing Cup + Co lemonade and the cutest home goods ever. Finally refuel at Wildflower Nutrition and pick up a bouquet of gorgeous blooms from The Bloom Bar while you’re at it…then at 12 join us for a Pizza Party at the coffee shop followed by the most adorable birthday cake!

Don't forget about the toy drive to enter into our drawing from these amazing vendors and shops and more!
