An outstanding, classic Bourbon from our beloved producers Elvira Trejo, Georgina y Jorge Utrilla at Finca San Juan del Vesubio in Yajalón Chiapas, México.

The oxidation washed method adds complexity and unique fruit notes while aiming for the clarity of the traditional Bourbon we featured in previous season.

This Microlot is a 100% Bourbon variety.

A must try for all coffee aficionados!

Ecuador La Josefina Estate is located within the Cayambe-Coca Natural Reserve, where there are around 3,500 individual species of animals and plants to be found.   As a couple, Ligia Merizalde and Leopoldo Andrade, are the hands behind this green land. Together with a big native crew, they have developed what La Josefina is at the moment, a place to find unique coffee!

A floral flavor profile that is both sweet and balanced with a memorable boozy acidity that makes this cup unique!

Producer Carlos Cadena represents the 5th generation of coffee growers on his family. In 2012 Carlos begun participating at the Cup of excellence competition placing 6th place. Since then he has won several competitions competitions including 1st at the new experimental competition in 2024.
