Someone left us a gift! 👟
Unfortunately it doesn't fit. We left it on the brick for you. Maybe it will find it's way back to it's Cinderella.

Did you try our homemade turbanado vanilla bean syrup in your drink last weekend? It's so simple, you can easily make it at home. It's great for tea, coffee, soda, and more!

Hey neighbors! If you happened to accidentally borrow our cones from our parking lot yesterday, could you kindly return them?

Until we can get proper signage and structures, these cones are preventing cars from running into our new porch.

Shoutout to Jamie, owner of One Table at a Thyme, for making Saturday's pop-up bigger and better with her amazing focaccia, charcuterie, and enthusiasm. You'll find her fresh breads and snacks in the coffee shop once we're up and running.

We've been trying hard to figure out how to thank you. The pop-up this past Saturday was beyond what we ever could have imagined. The line didn't stop for 5 hours straight!! Clearly, you all are excited for some Chapel Coffee! Thank you for showing up, your kind words of encouragement, patience, and enthusiasm.

We still have some work to do on the building before we can open. Saturday had a couple bumps and we heard something about weak tea (can't have that). Our projected opening will be before school starts. Although, there are so many factors that may affect that.

Be sure to follow our page to be in the loop for opening day!

We're experimenting in the kitchen with our Red White & Blue refresher in preparation for our open house and coffee pop-up at Carleton's Annual Cruisin' For A Cause this Saturday, July 18.

We're still under construction, but opening our doors for a sneak peek at the progress of the historic chapel built in 1883.

Grab some coffee and delicious bites, a preview of our menu to come.

Did you know we're known for our delicious cinnamon rolls? You can see why at the Sneak Peek Open House on July 18 10a-4p.

Our family recipe produces a fluffy and tender roll. We top it with our Swiss meringue cream cheese buttercream, which is silky and not too sweet. Of course we leave a few unfrosted for those who prefer it naked.

We love to stuff them with different fillings like our carrot cake, apple pie, or strawberry cheesecake. They also transform nicely into pecan sticky buns! The possibilities are endless and we are soon testing savory variations.

We can't wait to be open, serving these every morning at our coffee shop at 1148 Monroe St, Carleton. For now, we're baking them in our Westland bakery, Homestead Kitchen.
