2 Twisted ladies ice cream has a new phone number. 518-596-0332. I decided to use my husbands phone in the shop instead of a landline since I could not get out of my contract. Brian will always be part of the shop.

The gif is because if you knew Brian you knew he hated his smart phone. lol. He wanted a flip phone for life.

To say I am thankful for the outpouring of love and support tonight would be a huge understatement. I am humbled by the generosity that was shown to my family today. Due to all the support, we will not be open tomorrow as we sold out of our stock.

We had an amazing 2026 season despite having to end early and cannot wait to come back in April 2027 - yes I will be back so don't worry. I just need some time to mourn the loss of my husband, Brian Cross, and to figure out my new normal.

From my family to yours, may we say we love you all. We are truly blessed to have everyone behind us during this tragic time.

Make a note we will open November 28 for advent calendar pick up, gift cards, other treats and soft ice cream of course.

Today marks one week since our lives changed and from what I am seeing so many of your lives changed when we lost my husband Brian Cross. I never knew just how many lives he has touched and how many lives the Twisted Ladies family has touched over the past 16 years. Your outpouring of prayers, love and generosity has humbled me and my family.

All that being said, the doors open today and tomorrow from 1:00-8:00 to sell off the remaining ice cream and end the 2026 ice cream season. We will still be doing ice cream advent calendars and open November 28 for pick up and to get your soft serve fix. We will see you all later today.

This terrible tragedy hit the twisted ladies family yesterday. We are closed this week. Next week we will open Tuesday September 8 and Wednesday September 9 1:00 to 8:00 to sell off our stock of ice cream and then close for the season. Quarts will be $7.00 all flavors. I need to be able to grieve and process the loss of my husband Brian and need one less thing to worry about during that time. We will still be doing ice cream advent calendars in November but for right now I need to just process this all. I truly hope the 2 twisted ladies community understands and continues to support us next year. Hard to be happy in the happiest place in town when you are so utterly sad.
