We’re planning ahead because it’s somehow already mid June! Our farmers’ bounties are growing as the temperature rises and sunlight hours increase, and we couldn’t be happier for all of the goodness we get to create. How lucky are we in WNY to be surrounded by so much agriculture?!

One of the best way to showcase the taste of the season is with our monthly tasting menus. They’re a snapshot of a moment in the season.

Wine is supposed to be fun!!

While we promise we won’t spill it at your table, we will make sure to get the perfect wine in front of you, depending on your food, your mood, something new or something familiar. We’ve got a ton of summer wine ready for your palates: rosé from Buffy, a skin contact vermentino by Monte Rio Cellars, a juicy zweigelt (with a slight chill if you’d like), and a summer staple in our opinion, bright buzzy txakoli from Basque Country in Spain.

We can’t believe June is already here!

Join us this Sunday for our French-inspired Brunch & Bubbles, and mark your calendars for our monthly Tasting Menu Thursday on June 25.

Please note that we’ll be taking a summer break from July 1–4, so be sure to reserve your table before we close for the holiday. We look forward to celebrating the start of summer with you!

While we’ll never touch the recipe for our roast chicken potato chips, its companion, Bibby’s Dip, changes somewhat frequently. In our newest iteration, we’ve taken the familiar flavors of onion rings- lots of alliums, creamy onion sauce (without the cream!), and topped it all with a charred leek purée and onion ring crumbles. Vegan and gluten free, it’s the perfect dippy for our chippies.
(Vegan pro tip: we’ll serve a side of picked vegetables in place of the chips- just ask!)

Behold the steelhead trout! The crispy-skinned filet rests upon a ragout of green garlic, smokey freekeh and Flx broccolini in almond milk. We take this sauce amandine style further with a toasty brown butter sauce with plum & banana to finish, and top it all with a sprinkle of pickled green almonds. Classic French bones but with modern, bright flavors.

The snacks section of our menu is filled with composed bites that are constantly rotating with every season. This week we are featuring tri tip salumi with bone marrow onions alongside our duck breast pastrami with black banana and cured egg yolk. Both served atop toasty brioche for the perfect crunch.
