Time for a little bourbon update! 🥃 Long Post!
We have been building a collection of some amazing spirits from . Last month we had Co-Founder of Rare Character in for a Bourbon Club tasting event. Our relationship with Pablo and his team is ever growing and we are excited to share some offerings we have available.

RC has basically turned the bourbon world upside down by releasing extremely well curated products and brands. Resurrecting brands in what seems almost daily. While adding different releases of their own at the same time. It can be confusing at first, but when you understand the mastermind behind it all it starts to become clear.

RCLR (Orange/Red wax) are some awesome limited release blends. Barrel sourcing is undisclosed but after chatting with Pablo for a little bit, you get some insight on how remarkable his offerings are. RC SiB (yellow wax) is what most bourbon geeks recognize at every one of your favorite stores. You can walk in most stores in the area and find out that they have/or have done a pick already. Hurst Knoll is an amazing Rye at 7yr and a great price point.

Some more limited offerings (only available to our Bourbon Club Members): Pride of Anderson County. If you like a certain bird branded bourbon, you’ll love this one! Then onto the most rare offerings we have currently. We are 1 of only 2 bars in WNY to receive these bottles.

Brook Hill is Pablo’s most exclusive and high end barrels. As he has told us “when you just really want to reach for an amazing bottle of whiskey,” you reach for a Brook Hill. 15yr Rye - 114.46 proof. Limited to just 125 bottles. And then there is Black Maple Hill. Famed Stitzel-Weller sourced Julian Van Winkle juice is what put this brand on the map. Pablo recently purchased the brand and is reviving it to taste exactly like the famous juice of years past. 16yr bourbon blended to replicate the old offerings.

Excited to say the least about Rare Character and what they have to offer. We have some exciting things coming down the line with them as well. Stay tuned and join the Bourbon Club if this is something you want to know more about! Cheers!

Looking for something unique for dinner? We are proud to be currently serving some exclusive high end pork on special. You won’t find this anywhere else around town…. some beautiful bone-in Porcelet pork chops! Porcelet refers to a young milk-fed pig.

Known as cochon de lait in French, it is a highly regarded delicacy difficult to find in the US. These pigs come from a single farm in Quebec, and are fed with a very specialized milk diet only. Yorkshire breed piglets are hand fed a proprietary nutritious milk.

This creates a super succulent pork product with over 30% moisture content, compared to traditional around 17%. Very delicate, and creamy texture. The true “wagyu” of pork!

Come try it before it’s all gone!!

Have you tried our new 🍊 tart yet?! Delicate fresh orange flavors are paired with white chocolate, pickled blood orange, basil, almond and a creamy apricot sorbet. We are thinking good weather, and this might help! ☀️☀️
