Our Pho was cooked by slowly simmering beef bones overnight. The next morning continue cooking process with meat( brisket, beef shank), beef ribs to create a deeply flavorful, natural sweetness. Last step, add on roasted ginger, onion and aromatic spices (star anise, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, coriander seeds, fennel seeds) are dry-toasted in a skillet until fragrant and added to a cheesecloth bag in the pot. Finishing with seasonings.
No shortcuts. No frozen. The bone broth provides collagen and gelatin, while fresh herbs and lean proteins offer vitamins and minerals, making it a balanced meal.
