Everyone knows Tim’s Kitchen for our right of passage recipes, but I bet you didn’t know today at Tim’s you can get something that originated within the family. Named after the woman who started it all Chicken-a-la Ruby is one of our family and fan favorites, along with our stuffed turkey wings, and fried pork chops. If you’re a regular with us you’ll also know about our everyday lunches like our heart warming gumbo, beautifully backed chicken and our crispy chicken fried steak. If you haven’t seen us in while then you might be surprised to hear that we now carry butterfly fried shrimp, fried or grilled shrimp salad, chicken tenders, and cheese burgers.
