Beloved Burro Lovers—

We’re celebrating 10 years of B’klyn Burro with Burro Fest on Saturday, July 25th from 2–8PM.

We’ll be out back in the yard by the peach tree with $10 burritos, $10 drinks, $10 art + treats, music by DJ CX KIDTRONIK, guest bartenders from our favorite neighborhood bars, a Burrito Symposium and a Super Baby Challenge.

Then we keep it going across the street at Casanara with Sonido Caneo (https://youtu.be/1nMurYcqdmY) .

Ten years on Fulton is wild. If you’ve eaten here, worked here, sent people here, rooted for us or put up with us — this one’s for you too.

Come through and celebrate with us.

Pedro came to swap a few tiles.
Quick tile fix turned into a full-on kitchen excavation.

We’re on it. Back Thursday — Birria, yes.
Thanks for the patience, neighbors. ✌🏽

THANK YOU, CLINTON HILL 💛

You kept this burro busy.
Thanks for pulling up, bringing your people, and choosing this little neighborhood spot all year.

Closed for our annual break · back in 2026 (watch IG for the return date).

This year we stretched hard: we went from opening at 4pm to rolling burritos 11am–10pm, six days a week. That’s a lot of hours, a lot of tortillas, and a lot of love. So we’re taking our end-of-year break to rest, spend time with friends and family, and come back ready for 2026.

Fulton Street between Washington Ave and St. James has been our home for almost a decade. This coming year marks our 10th year on the block. That’s no joke. We’re already cooking up a way to celebrate that milestone with you this summer.

For now, enough shop talk. Go celebrate, be with your people, and take care of each other. On the other side of the year, you’ll have a warm cylinder of joy waiting for you here… and yes, the chips & salsa will be ready too.

Big hug from the Big Burro.

Salud,
Pepe & Team Burro
