Introducing our Brooklyn Butterscotch Blackout Cake. 🖤✨

Part of a new “Blackout Series” inspired by the original Brooklyn Blackout Cake - named after WWII-era blackout drills, when NYC dimmed its lights to protect the city against invasion.

Our take is two layers of decadent chocolate cake with a fluffy butterscotch pudding center (instead of the original chocolate pudding), swirled fudge + butterscotch buttercreams, then finished with chocolate cake crumble and ganache.

A little nod to history, and a reminder that even in darker moments, there’s always community and something sweet to bring us together. 🫶

Available by the slice in our Clinton Hill shop, Friday–Sunday til we sell out.
