Farm dinner for chefstableofficial at Copper Moose Farm in Park City. Cooking alongside our talented friends Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó, Serigne Mbaye of Dakar NOLA, and Cristina Martinez South Philly Barbacoa. So special to pick our own produce and plate it up for y’all just a few hours later.
