Scratch Ice Cream is a small batch ice cream company. Our attention to quality is uncompromising. Our passion is to make the best ice cream ever.

The "Scratch" process is based on a belief that the way to make the best ice cream ever is by focusing on the quality of every component and the mastering of every process that goes into making ice cream. We make from scratch many of our inclusions and flavorings, including salted caramel, fudge, peanut butter, brownies, cookie dough, etc. We do this simply because we know we can do better than wh

we’re updating our packaging and adding 9 new flavors for grocery stores and shops. our new package design goes back to our classic logo with a simple design. our new flavors.. carefully chosen and handcrafted to perfection over the last 6 months. some of our best flavors yet! 🚀

stay tuned! we will roll out a new flavor each week that will be available at our scoop shops before they are available in stores 🫡

After so many amazing days, events, and scoops at , it’s time for our ice cream trailer to move on to its next adventure. With every goodbye comes a new beginning—and we’re excited to share that we’re rolling on over to in Merton! Open all spring and summer long!

Nothing like lake country in summertime. Come hang out, enjoy food, ice cream, coffee and community 🎉⛵️ The PERFECT summer spot ☀️🕶️
