Every two weeks, Executive Chef Davis Herr-Williams unveils a tasting experience he has crafted specifically for our guests. These special, seasonal items are paired to create a culinary experience you will not find anywhere else.

Course 1
Miso Soup
Dashi made from lobster shells and kombu, marinated tofu, sesame oil

Course 2
Ox Tail
Ox tail, lobster ginger oil, shallot brulee, pickled mushrooms, chives, kimchi rice

Course 3
Ube Key Lime Pie
Ube, yuzu and key lime infused custard, graham cracker crust, whipped cream, lime zest
