After more than two years at Plonk and J. W. Heist, we’re saying farewell to our Chef de Cuisine, Austin, as he heads to Minnesota and his next chapter.

Austin has been an invaluable part of our family, leaving his mark through his humor, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and natural gift for teaching the next generation of chefs.

We will miss his presence in the kitchen, his laughter, and the countless ways he’s made us better. Thank you for everything, Chef Austin. Minnesota is lucky to have you. 🤍
