Fig and thyme pair up to deliver a delightful balance of sweet and savory. Complemented with a buttery shortbread cookie with thyme glaze. ✨

And yes… there is pumpkin spice behind the bar. 🎃

Fresh Anaerobic Natural from Hugo Gualaco just dropped! ⚡️

Hugo has been working with coffee all of his life having grown up around his grandfather and mother cultivating it. He now manages La Vega farm in Huila with his wife and children.

This anaerobic natural is a classically fruited cup rich with notes of sweet Luxardo cherry and cranberry with a delectable chocolate liquor finish. 🍒🍫

We were lucky to try a sample of Hugo’s coffee through our friends at K.W.C and instantly knew it was something we wanted to source and share with our community. If you love deeply fruited, sweet coffees be sure to give this one a try!

Honduras Finca Santa Lucia is back on the shelf! 🇭🇳

This sweet and chocolatey cup comes to us from Raul Rodriguez, grandfather of Nelson Amador who owns NC-based importer De La Finca Coffee Importers.

Raul is a third generation coffee producer. His father, Don Ermenegildo Rodriguez, was an early innovator in the world of specialty coffee and one of the first to explore exotic varieties such as Yellow Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra.

To say this offering comes from a coffee family would be an understatement!

A fresh and sparkling natural from Burundi just hit the shelf! ✨

This coffee comes to us from the women-owned Ntwari wet mill in Muyinga and was sourced through the awesome team at JNP Coffee.

When first brewed, the hot cup is full on cherry cola with an almost effervescent, sparkling quality. It has a richness and depth of fruited flavor that reminds us of figs. As the cup cools and begins to brighten, there’s a balance of sweet citrus and clean, mildly tart acidity.

This coffee is so good we might just drink it all ourselves! Kidding, we’ll save y’all a bean or two.
