IT’S HERE. 🚨 Betty’s Biscuits biscuit mix is now available in stores in Boone, NC. This is not a drill. Get them while they’re stocked at Betty’s Biscuits and Pearl’s Kitchen + Tiny Market.
You asked for it, so we baked it. 💛 For years, y’all have been asking if you could make Betty’s famous biscuits at home. Well, now you can. Our signature biscuit mix is officially bagging and hitting shelves.

Get to know Randy Lewis, the Owner of
Randy is a 5th generation dairy farmer, working on his family’s old farm out in Snow Camp, NC. His farms story dates back to 1850, almost 200 years in the business!
The tricky part about biscuits is that they are so simple, you can’t cut corners. Flour, salt, butter, baking powder, and buttermilk. That’s it. To make great biscuits, you need great buttermilk. We couldn’t be happier with the product we receive from Ran-Lew Dairy, so we wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation!
We also use Ran Lew dairy products to marinate our fried chicken and our fried green tomatoes, extremely versatile!
