Hey guys it has been brought to my attention that some are not happy about not having sweets available in the display case but a lot of you are not familiar with our main business which is "KLC Creations." KLC Creations is a mobile baked dessert trailer that has been booked up with events since last March prior to us even knowing we were getting a brick and mortar. We book our trailer a year in advance for all events. In the middle of these events we have been booked for 12 weddings, many anniversaries, many large corporate events and the list goes on and on and on. I am currently booked up with dessert orders for two months at this time. What is available in the display case is any extras I have from these orders and things I can get done in the middle of my other chaos. I have two more food trailer events and then I can focus solely on my building and the custom orders I have currently. My display case though at my building is NOT my main concern. My customers who have placed these orders months ago will always come first.
If you are interested in placing an order I would get your name on the list asap. When it comes to Thanksgiving & Christmas preorders they fill up the same day the preorder is released every year and we will be in the same boat of having a slim picking in the display case. That is the unfortunate part of making everything from scratch I cant have done within 5 minutes and these items do take time. Please dont yell or be mean to my staff about MY desserts when I am the sole baker in here and no, I will not hire another baker. If you have any concerns, please come see or speak to me as my staff has nothing to do with my baking. Thank you.
