Today, we return to the South American coffee classics - the "comfort food" of coffee! bit.ly/Club_Crema

Colombia popularized the washed-mild method of coffee milling, which gained traction in the 1920s due to its superior flavor.

This process involves fermenting the beans in water to remove the pulp before drying, enhancing the coffee's clean, mild taste and acidity.

Strikingly delicious, Brazilian coffee is worth familiarizing yourself with, as it's uniquely flavorful and visually distinctive. Because its taste is so distinct from that of other beans, this coffee is a favorite of many.

1) Colombia Huila Valencia has a sweet aroma with savory notes of buttery brown sugar and caramel cookies. The cup is silky and rich with pastry and walnut flavors. The finish is perfect, lingering with juicy molasses notes.

2) Brazil Mogiana is a delightful cup of coffee. It is full-bodied and low in acidity, with a cup filled with complex caramelized sugar, cordial cherries, molasses, and dark bakers' chocolate.

Both of these uniquely delicious coffees have been out of season and practically unavailable. Order now and receive 2 real pounds of classic South American coffee - just $36 with free delivery!
