LET’S TALK ABOUT IT❗️
✨ Most of you know that when the old food truck was open I did NOT utilize a phone number❗️There are several reasons for this BUT the primary reason is because when I am open, there is absolutely NO TIME for me to stop and answer calls. Every second I am holding the phone takes away my ability to work, which causes delays. 🤯 The new Apple update sends ALOT of calls straight to voicemail as well. When I have a line of people waiting, I can NOT stop to check messages. My focus is always solely on whoever is in front of me AT THAT TIME. 🫶🏽❤️
📌 People always ask me how I push out so much food so quickly and the answer is simple… my operating procedures! Everything I do, I do with you all in mind. NOT accepting calls helps me get orders out in a timely manner. Because I never had an issue not using a phone number in the past, I’m going to do the same for the new truck!! ALL INQUIRIES SHOULD BE MADE VIA MY NEW BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS and of course, I will email you back to setup a call 📲
💎 Now with all that being said, YES my TSK VIPS WILL have the ability to send in orders to the POS system! I will get those details out to you all directly. 🙌🏽
☺️ PLEASE understand when I say I am NOT utilizing a phone number, this is what I mean. It absolutely does NOT mean you cannot talk to me on the phone.
