WEEKDAY RENTAL
Monday-Thursday: Small parties/meetings (up to 25 guests) - two hour minimum $150 ($75 per hour) + $50 cleaning fee. Entire fee due at signing. Fully refundable provided cancellation is 72 hours prior to the event.
Monday-Thursday: Large parties/Wedding reception etc. (26 to 70 guests) two hour minimum $200 ($100 per hour) + $75 cleaning fee. Entire fee due at signing. Fully refundable provided cancellation is 72 hours prior to the event.
WEEKEND RENTAL
Friday- Sunday: Small parties/meetings (up to 25 guests) - two hour minimum $300 ($150 per hour) + $75 cleaning fee. Entire fee due at signing. Fully refundable provided cancellation is 72 hours prior to the event.
Friday- Sunday: Large parties/Wedding reception etc. (26 to 70 guests) two hour minimum $400 ($200 per hour) + $100 cleaning fee. Entire fee due at signing. Fully refundable provided cancellation is 72 hours prior to the event.
FOOD CATERING:
It is the renters’ choice of who provides food catering for their event. No open flame cooking is permitted. Food trays heated by small open flame heaters is permitted but owners must be notified prior to use.
If you wish pizza can be provided by Pizza on the Alley during normal business hours on Friday and Saturday evenings only. 5:00pm-8:00pm
BAR AREA
The bar area is available for an additional $50 fee. Additionally there is a $200 fully refundable security deposit for parties utilizing the bar and serving alcohol. Note: full refund is based upon nothing being damaged.
No smoking, va**ng, or drugs (ma*****na included) are permitted on the property.
NOTE:
Though occupancy is rated for 91 people it is recommended that parties be limited to 70 guests’ total.
Please carefully consider event set up and tear down times when calculating total rental time.
