Summer in Vietnam has a flavor all its own. It is the season when orchards across Thanh Hà, Hưng Yên, and Bắc Giang turn a beautiful, ripe red with fresh lychees. We hold dear the simple local tradition of "mùa nào thức nấy", enjoying whatever fruits nature offers when they are at their absolute freshest.

Honoring this rustic spirit, we created the Marina Park Margarita. Keeping it simple, this drink perfectly captures the sweet, fragrant taste of seasonal lychees and pairs it with the refreshing tartness of Hibiscus cold brew tea to beat the heat.

Vietnam is home to over 30 different types of culinary herbs. At Chay Concept, that final sprinkle of green on top is never just for show.

A familiar dish, a fresh start.

Ragu has always been a staple in Vietnamese kitchens. Originally French, it was reimagined over generations to be simple, hearty, and naturally flavorful.

Chay Concept carries this tradition forward. Fire-roasted mushrooms, white beans, and root vegetables are slow-cooked until tender and rich. No shortcuts—just time and care.
