"Too busy chopping wood to sharpen the ax"
I heard this phrase recently and it really stuck out, as that's where I often find myself.
Last week I was able to "sharpen the ax" at Mill City Roasters advanced roasting workshop. We spent two days roasting, cupping and talking about coffee. I was able to bring back some ideas to apply at our roastery to continue to further our goal of providing consistently great coffee ☕
