These Three Blind Mice had a “hand” in creating a spooktacular grazing table for our friends, Andrina & Brandon and 80 of their friends!

Our 3rd year catering this party and it is our FAVORITE!

What did they have?

Baby Big Macs

BBQ Meatballs

Queso Fundido with house-made tortilla chips

Roasted Veggies - rainbow carrots, zucchini, squash, portobello mushrooms, red onion, red skin baby potatoes, tri colored peppers & asparagus!

Chicken Skewers with Tzatziki, Chimichurri, and Ranch Dipping Sauces

Cheese & Crackers

Bruschetta & Hummus with Chips to Dip!

Devilish Eggs

Not to mention the desserts! We didn’t make them - just set up the display- but they were all so yummy!

Marshall Lee Luneke was born at 11:10am on Saturday, October 3rd!

Weighing in at 7lb and 15oz and 21 inches tall!

Congratulations to our Bellbrook General Manager, Melayna Melton & her boyfriend, Kyle Luneke!

Marshall is doing great and Mommy & Daddy are enjoying all the snuggles he is giving to them!

We cannot wait to meet him! I want to eat his cheeks!!!

Thanks to all who participated !

We are proud to announce that we will be sending a check for $500 to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (we will be sending it the local branch right here in Montgomery/Greene County)!!!

Oh, and special thanks to our best Kettering customer, Miss Penny…we will actually be sending our check for $500 and her cash donation of $10.00!!! 💕 📚

Edit - make that a total of $533 we will be sending thanks to our Bellbrook Customers too!!!

Long over due post! 😃

On Sunday, September 6th, Chef Jaime and Kelley were invited to be a part of the WHOO Cooks for You dinner at the Glen Helen Nature Preserve benefitting the Raptor Center!

An extraordinary feast prepared by local chefs/restaurants in the Dayton area…spearheaded by our dear friends with hearts as big as Ohio - Chef Liz and her beautiful Wife, Anne.

It’s an evening of food prepared by locally owned and operated restaurants and their Chefs!

Wheat Penny, Piccolo Orsetto, Resonant, Grist, Hi Hat Social, Culture, Nood Bar, and yours truly 💕🫐

Chef Jaime worked her whole chemo schedule around this night - we all agreed it was good therapy for her to keep busy- so….we sure kept her busy!

Can you imagine working alongside the chefs of our favorite Dayton Restaurants?!?

Each restaurant was responsible for one course but every Chef helped plate each course…that was the BEST!!!

Our course?
Not knowing how Chef was going to be feeling - we asked for the salad course!
But then, Chef was feeling pretty good…so we went FANCY!!!

What did we make?
Roasted local (thank you three tree farms) Golden and Red Beets with an arugula salad, micro diced Gala Apples, roasted hazelnuts, matchstick butternut squash and Chioggia beets finished with a Brown Butter Maple Vinaigrette, a dollop of Gorgonzola Whip and a seeded cracker!

It was a lot of work for a Chef but the result was so pretty and so yummy!

Thank you Chef Liz and Ann for inviting us to participate - what an amazing experience!

This Friday, September 25th is Dolly Parton Day ( cleverly fitting for one of my favorite movies growing up - 9 to 5)!!!

Well, we decided to have some fun celebrating Dolly while giving back to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library!

So this Friday, at both of our locations…please dress in your best Nashville/Grand Ole Opry attire…put your cowboy boots and your best cowboy hat and have some fun with us!

We will be pouring “cups of ambition” all day long! ☕️

If you dress in Country Western attire and dine at either of our locations - 10% of your bill will donated to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library! 🤠 Go all out or just a little - we don’t care - we just want to have fun celebrating her servants heart.

Chef might even have a special creation of Dolly’s Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake made famous from one of my all time favorite movies, STEEL MAGNOLIAS!

You might have seen some new faces last Wednesday (9/10/26) at our Kettering location !

Who was it?!? 🫐🤩
We invited students from the David H. Ponitz CTC Culinary Arts Program to join our staff for the day!

Isis, Haylee, Anthony, Donzell, Flostin, and Soni job shadowed our staff…Chef Jaime, Kettering GM Eli, Bellbrook GM Melayna, Kitchen Manager Mark, Dining Room Supervisor Jau’more, One of our servers Nick, and two of our cooks, Eric and Wes !

The students spent time in both the dining room and the kitchen!

What are they doing?!? Well, we invited them to come down once a month and learn all aspects of what makes a restaurant run! They will be back in October and in November to learn more!

THEN, we will open our doors on Monday December 7th for our very first Community Breakfast hosted by these young talents! (More on this fun morning later!)

Mark your calendars to join us on the morning of December 7th for this very special breakfast! You will be greeted, served, and have your meal prepared by these students (and their mentors)!

Proceeds will go back to the David H Ponitz Culinary Arts Program!

We would like to thank Chef Emily and Chef Shanequa for working with us on this experience for the students and for our staff!
