November is upon us which means pie season is coming. Unfortunately Dutch Girl Pies will NOT be selling pies this year. The increased cost of ingredients would translate to an increased price for each pie. Many people in our community are feeling the effects of the government shutdown (our family included) and we do not want to raise our prices. Thank you for understanding. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Will you have picky eaters at your Thanksgiving table? If so, consider a chocolate chip cookie pie. This pie is the perfect mash up of classic chocolate chip cookie and homemade pie crust. Wanna up your game? Serve it slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Soooo good!

Can peanut butter pie get any better? Yes it can! This year for our Thanksgiving Pie Sale, peanut butter pie crust will be made with a combination of traditional Oreos AND Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oreos!

MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT!

Thank you for your patience as I have taken the last few months off to recover from shoulder surgery. I’m ready to get back into baking and sharing goodies with all of you again. Next weekend (April 20 - 21) I will have a booth INDOORS at the Clark County Fairgrounds Antique Show. I will have cookies, sweet breads and of course PIES! Hope to see you there.

*Please note there is a parking/entrance fee per adult so bring cash.

Springfield Antique Show with lots of vendors and great food vendors. Enjoy a whole day of shopping.
