This weeks LTO- "Garlic Steak and Mushroom Sub"

Philly Steak grilled up with some mushrooms and our garlic spice then placed into a sub bun with sliced bacon, Swiss cheese, mozzarella then toasted till melty and finished with garlic aioli and Pickle chips, served with fries.

This weeks LTO- "Chilaqules" Fried tortilla chips thrown in a salsa Rojo and mozzarella cheese then topped with 2 over easy eggs, queso fresco, pickled red onions and cilantro, served with a side of refried beans and 3 flour tortillas!!

Though we did bring some stuff from out of house to make this dish we do really try to utilize what we have in house to make our features.

Good morning folks and a blessed Sunday to you all. Today is the last day for the "Buffalo Ranch Chicken Melt". With the holiday this past week we decided to run it a bit longer than normal.

Tomorrow we are going to try something a little different. Starting Tomorrow the LTO will be "Chilaqules". This is a traditional Mexican Dish that is one of Chef Monteros favorites and we want to try and run it as a feature.

This Weeks LTO- "Buffalo Ranch Chcken Melt"
Breaded and fried chicken breast dipped in a buffalo ranch and placed in between two pieces of grilled Sourdough with melted mozzarella cheese, mayo, sliced bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickles and served with a side of fries!

Diced onion and sausage crumble cooked up and thrown together with two diced Biscuits and shredded colby cheese then thrown into an omelet with sausage inside and on top as well, served with your choice of toast.
