‼️Health Update ( Brittany Owner) 🫶🏻
😬
🥰💪📢Feeling incredibly hopeful and grateful today. My cancer is near remission, and while we won’t know for sure until after the next blood work and PET scan in 3 months, I’m looking at this as a powerful 90–95% reduction in the tumor itself. I’ve done more than just follow doctor’s meds—I’ve explored countless natural and supportive options that align with my body and my spirit. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to continuing what helps me feel well and keep moving forward.
I’ve chosen not to take the forever “chemo/immunotherapy” route some suggested, because the side effects—pain, fatigue, nausea, acne, and a lingering sense of “yuck”—are just too much for me to endure long-term. Instead, I’m embracing a path that feels right for me, and I’ll keep pushing through because I know how worth it this is.🌿🧄🍵
I’m thrilled to be getting more active, even working a shift every Wednesday serving. I’m catching up at work, helping at home, and squeezing in appointments as needed. Your prayers, gifts, and support over the past 9–10 months have lifted me through truly dark times. God is good, and I’m hopeful I won’t face a relapse. I’ve learned so much and feel I’m on the right track toward sustained success.🙏🏻
Today marks my fourth shift serving, and my soul feels at peace when I’m able to earn money doing what I love. We often take simple things for granted—being able to get up, get dressed, brush our teeth, drive, socialize, and contribute to our community. This is a reminder to seek the bright side and count our blessings: the ability to provide for my family, to move my body, and to engage with life.🥳
Sending love to everyone who’s walked this journey with me. Have a blessed day.❤️
